B&B HOTEL Hannover-City

I recently stayed in this hotel for a business-related trip, and I was surprised by its location, close to useful stores and public transportation. The room was very pretty and the breakfast was nice. The staff was always kind, and especially Veronika, one of the receptionist, always greeted everyone with a smile and made sure that everything was in place. I hope I can stay in this hotel very soon.

No water bottles provided as a company's policy. So, when you check in to the hotel and you need water, you ask the reception and you get to know this info. And, then you have to run down to supermarket to buy water. No water heater provided in the room. If you need hot water for making tea in the room or want to drink warm water, go to the kitchen, take out hot water in a cup from the coffee machine and walk back to your room. Really small paper cups are provided in room. If you use it and throw it, they are not replaced everyday during room service. Really bad room service but they charge quite a lot of money. Different amounts of money for each day. Location is perfect. Tram station is in front of hotel. Supermarket is below the hotel and open till late night. Central Train station is just a few minutes away. Rooms are small, compact, clean and peaceful.

Rooms and bathroom relatively small, but comfortable. If we look price, everything is fine. Breakfast: perfect space with perfect view, but weak choice of food. Again if we look at the price you get what you pay. Generally everything was fine, recomended hotel nearby city center. Parking garage in the same building and can be accessed directly from hotel lift.

My recent overnight visit to Hannover for a concert was made extra special thanks to the staff and amenities at this B&B Hotel location. I've stayed at other hotels in the city but after this visit there is only one destination for me...B&B HOTEL Hannover-City! Conveniently located next to the Werderstraße U-Bahn station and directly across from the Continental Tires headquarters, the hotel offered me everything I needed and made me feel very welcome. Thank you for everything.
